What made me leave was the little pay, no raise, and being forced to work with rude associates that don't clean and are an absolute nightmare to be around. there are so many complaints because they wont allow managers to fire associates that are rude and disrespectful (to management, co workers and clients), don't clean, and constantly call in/drop shifts, refuse to take out the garbage, leave the salon filthy.
